Risk management begins by assessing the risks and then looking at the best ways to eliminate, isolate or minimise those risks. Driver training is often cost effective with reduced incidents, better fuel economy and less wear on a company vehicle, all of which off set the initial cost of training. Another hidden benefit is having less stressed staff and often less sick days!

| This is an introductory health and safety training programme specifically developed for the road transport industry. It mainly concentrates on hazards around a stationary vehicle known as ‘out of cab’ hazards, not many people are aware how dangerous our industry is when the vehicle is not moving. This course can effect a levy reduction from ACC of up to 10%. |

| We recommend the Sharp Drive E-Learning programme to fleet managers who are able to guide employees through a 12 month online programme, designed to upskill knowledge & awarensss of the road rules & safe driving techniques. | This course has been designed with experienced drivers in mind. It is comprehensive and is completed in just half a day. A key element of the course is recognition and management of attitudes and behaviours that increase driving risk. There is a 1 hour optional practical assessment which we highly recomend. This course can effect a levy reduction from ACC of up to 10%. |
