Cancellation Policy

2 Drive Safe Rider & Driver Training is committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional service and training. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen and leave our staff unpaid.

Please email (bookings@2drivesafe.com) or text us on 021734484 (with your name and appointment day/time) by 1:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Sunday or Monday appointment, please contact us by 1:00pm on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged for the full cost of the missed appointment.

You will also be charged the above cancellation fee if you arrive for your training but are unable to complete it because you did not bring the required documents, your vehicle is not legally roadworthy or you are suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

By booking your appointment you are confirming that you understand and agree to this cancellation policy.
