Research shows that DriverSafe trained drivers demonstrate improved safety attitudes and behaviours. The companies they work for have also reported a reduced number of injuries since taking part in the programme. Successful DriverSafe trainees gain credits on the National Qualifications Framework.DriverSafe takes a half day of training followed up by a workplace risk assessment. Once both parts are completed and signed off we can register the unit standard (which will count towards some National Certificates) and you will receive a DriverSafe Passport card with your photo and unique number. The passport lasts for 5 years, so we recomend refresher training then.
